How to File a Case

Below are the steps for filing a case on the imo state judiciary information management system

1. Login to your JMIS account
2. On your left panel, click on e-filing
3. Click on file a case
4. Carefully fill the case form accordingly and submit
5. The system will generate an invoice for you based on the processes you are filing
6. You can either pay online using your ATM card or print the invoice and go to any commercial bank for an Imo State Judiciary Information Management System Payment – click here for a list of Banks available for payment
