The Imo State Judiciary Information System (JIS) is a case management system that aims at leveraging innovative technology for the dispensation of justice in accordance with the Rule of Law.
The Judiciary Information System (JIS) provides the capability to register a new case by an authorized user through e-Filing. The JIS captures all parties' information related to the case and generate a suit/case number dynamically based on the case type. Users also can upload pre-filled forms and other related documents.
e-Filing is a means of filing a suit electronically over the internet through the Judiciary Information System. With this technological innovation, cases can be filed from anywhere around the world at any time. Legal Counsels can file from the comfort of their chambers, homes or anywhere so long as they have access to the internet. Individuals can also file suits from their homes or offices over the internet.

To create an account, visit the website www.imojudiciary.gov.ng, from the "JIS" menu dropdown, click on "Create e-Filing Account, then complete the form and sign up.
